The day I arrive, what time the room will be ready?

Check in is from 3PM. Of course you can arrive before and leave your luggage at the reception and change in the ski room to go skiing.

The day I leave, at what time do i have to leave the room?

Check out is at 11am. You can leave your luggage at the reception. On agreement with the reception, you can keep your room until 5PM and more with an extra 50 €.

What are the payment options?

Check, credit card (amex, visa, mastercard) bank transfer, cash.

What languages are spoken?

French, English, Russian notions.

Do you accept animals?

No, we do not accept any animals on the premises of the establishment.

Is it possible to add an extra bed?

We can add an extra bed in superior rooms and the suite for an extra cost of € 50 per night.

Is there a place where I can store my ski equipment?

Each room has a locked ski locker in a ski room at the hotel.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

No breakfast is included in the room rate. It costs 17 € per day per person. It is served daily in the form of a large sweet and savory buffet with mountain views. It can be served in room with a supplement of € 3 per person.

Is the hotel smoking or non-smoking?

The hotel is non-smoking. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty of 50 € per day.

Can I get the keys to my room after the closure of the reception?

In case of late arrival, we will give you the access code to the front door and your room number.

What are the reception hours in winter?

The reception is open from 8 am to 21:30 7/7. A hotline is available 24H / 24.

What are the reception hours in summer?

From 8am to 12pm and from 14pm to 18pm, Monday to Friday, except July and August (open 7/7).

Do children pay the same rate as adults?

The rate is per room for 2 people, so there's no child rate.
Baby cot is free and so is breakfast for children under 5 years.

Does the hotel have a private parking?

The hotel doesn't have a private parking, however there is a public parking (covered, secure and to be paid) next to the hotel.

What happens in case of cancellation?

You can cancel free of charge until 30 days prior to arrival. Once this time exceeded 29 to 8 days before arrival date, the deposit (30% of the total) will be retained. Between 8 days and the day of arrival, total price of the reservation will be charged.

Is there a spa? A restaurant?

There is no spa or restaurant at the hotel. However we are located in the heart of the resort, so you can easily walk to many restaurants and hotel spas.

Is there a lounge / bar?

At the reception there is a lounge area with a fireplace. Guests can enjoy tea / coffee and drinks throughout the day and enjoy an aperitif by the fire from 6PM. A wines and champagne list is available on request.

Where can I rent my ski equipment?

At Bernard Charvin Sports, you can rent ski equipment at a discount of 20%.
