Reservation policy
• The bookings are confirmed by a payment of deposit corresponding to 30 % of the whole stay.
Balance to be paid 7 days before arrival.
• The total amount of a stay is still to be paid in case of hurried departure.
• The day of the arrival, rooms are available from 3 PM, the day of the departure check out time is 11.00 AM.
Please note that the hotel is not suitable for disabled guests.
• Pets are not admitted.
Cancelation policy
• For any booking cancelled or postponed more than thirty (30) days before the fixed arrival, the deposit will be refund or postponed on another stay.
• For any cancelled reservation, less than thirty (30) days before the fixed date of arrival, the deposit will be kept.
• In case of no show or any cancelled booking within the week of arrival, the entire stay will be claimed.
