Условия бронирования

We ask for a deposit of 30% to confirm the booking (by bank transfer or credit card).
Your reservation is not definitively confirmed until you receive our confirmation email. If you do not return to us to put an option, we cannot guarantee that the rooms will be available.

The balance of the booking is due 7 days before your arrival.

• The total amount of a stay is still to be paid in case of hurried departure.
• The day of the arrival, rooms are available from 3 PM, the day of the departure check out time is 11.00 AM.
Please note that the hotel is not suitable for disabled guests.
• Pets are not admitted.

Условия аннуляции

• More than 30 days prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded.
• Between 30 days and 8 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained.
• In the event of cancellation less than 8 days before the date of arrival or in the event of no-show, the total amount of the stay will be retained.
